Terms of Service

Stub content. Replace before going public. These Terms govern access to and use of the API and the admin panel.
1. Acceptance
By using the service the customer accepts these Terms. If they do not agree, they must not use the service.
2. Account and tokens
Tokens are personal and confidential. The customer is responsible for keeping them secure and is liable for activity under their tokens.
3. Acceptable use
No abuse of rate limits, no scraping for redistribution, no use that violates applicable law. We may revoke tokens for violations.
4. Service availability
Provided "as is", no SLA unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. Pricing and changes
Free tier limits and paid tier pricing. We may update pricing with 30 days notice for existing customers.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.
7. Governing law
Specify the applicable jurisdiction.
